Unfortunately not. Sheep and wool are separate entities. The sheep acts as a host until the wool comes off of it. From there, cyan destruction is assured by myself.

A cyan altar with many torches with some lava in the middle, along with a few animals, should bring me to do your bidding.

Alternatively, you can use Cactus Green and Lapis Lazuli to create a Cyan dye, and dye your wool from there.

The sacrificing is much more entertaining, however.
